Hi I'm Cathy (she/her) and as a down to earth and dedicated counsellor I am here to help you gain a better sense of emotional well-being and be with you as you explore any areas in your life you are struggling with or goals you wish to achieve.

There are times when things can feel overwhelming, scary, or confusing. It isn’t always easy to know what to do or how to navigate a path through it but I am here to help you.

 

I specialise in anxiety and depression, loneliness and social isolation, bereavement, neurodivergence and LGBTQ+ issues but can equally help with other things you might be struggling with so please do get in touch.
